Overseas Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development:Identify and target potential clients in overseas markets through online research, trade portals, exhibitions, and LinkedIn.

Client Communication:

Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, and presentations to prospective international customers.

Export Marketing Strategy:

Develop region-wise marketing strategies and implement online/offline campaigns to boost export inquiries.

Trade Show Participation:

Assist in planning and attending global trade fairs or exhibitions; prepare promotional materials and post-event follow-ups.

Documentation & Coordination:

Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order execution, pricing, and export documentation (proforma, invoice, HS codes, etc.).

Market Research:

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in international markets.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain customer data, inquiry status, and weekly/monthly performance reports.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English communicationUnderstanding of B2B industrial/export marketingFamiliarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.Knowledge of international trade documentation and IncotermsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related fieldPrior experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred
