Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in overseas markets through online research, trade portals, exhibitions, and LinkedIn. Client Communication: Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, and presentations to prospective international customers. Export Marketing Strategy: Develop region-wise marketing strategies and implement online/offline campaigns to boost export inquiries. Trade Show Participation: Assist in planning and attending global trade fairs or exhibitions; prepare promotional materials and post-event follow-ups. Documentation & Coordination: Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order execution, pricing, and export documentation (proforma, invoice, HS codes, etc.). Market Research: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in international markets. CRM & Reporting: Maintain customer data, inquiry status, and weekly/monthly performance reports.
