Job Overview:

Senior Manager – Overseas Admissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 country counselors, ensuring achievement of admission and visa targets.

• Admissions Oversight:

  Supervise end-to-end student admission processes for international programs.

• University Relations:

  Build and strengthen relationships with global universities and partners.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to visa and admission regulations across destinations.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor team productivity and maintain strong conversion metrics.

• Market Insights:

  Stay informed about education trends, visa updates, and country-specific requirements.

• Student Success:

  Drive exceptional student experiences through personalized guidance and timely resolution of concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6–10 years of experience in

  study abroad, international admissions, or student recruitment

  .
• Proven team leadership experience in driving visa and admission results.
• Strong understanding of global education systems and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with platforms like Leap Scholar, Geebee, Yocket, Unischolar, Great Learning, or similar is preferred.

  400+ visas per year
