Job Description

As a Senior OutSystems Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of OutSystems web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality code and new features. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and stay updated on the latest OutSystems features and technologies. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of OutSystems web and mobile applications. - Ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-quality code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Stay abreast of the latest OutSystems features and technologies, and incorporate them into the development process. - Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards. - Manage the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance. - Participate in planning and scoping meetings for future projects. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Active OutSystems certification (Professional or Expert level preferred). - 6-8 years of experience in OutSystems development. - Strong understanding of web and mobile application development. - Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,
