Job Title: Outsystems Software Developer

Work Location: Richmond Town, BengaluruWork Model:

• Work from Office (WFO): 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Work from Home (WFH): 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Note: This is not a hybrid or fully remote role.

Outsystems

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom-built software applications to support operations across the United States, Caribbean, Pacific, and New Zealand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create data collection and management applications optimized for iOS devices, laptops, and other platforms with a focus on offline-capable solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and configure high-quality applications using OutSystems Service Studio, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs.
• Build reusable Application Objects (AOs) to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
• Ensure high-quality, clean, and well-structured coding practices in line with industry best practices and internal standards.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and layouts using OutSystems web and mobile frameworks.
• Develop robust integrations with external systems and APIs, including REST and SOAP-based services.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal application performance
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software-related issues independently or in collaboration with OutSystems support.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement innovative tools and technologies.
• Contribute to establishing technical standards, development processes, and best practices within the team.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of production applications, ensuring stability and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Tier-1 institutes only (IIM, IIT, IIIT, NIT or equivalent top business schools). .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using OutSystems.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and delivering custom software solutions across diverse business processes.
• Certified OutSystems Developer Web and/or Mobile (mandatory).
• Proficiency in working within Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience in building offline-capable applications for mobile and field-based operations.
• Familiarity with geo-centric software solutions is a strong advantage.
