Key Responsibilities

✅ Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party vendors. Ensure contract compliance and performance benchmarks.

✅ Project Oversight:

Manage end-to-end outsourced projects with a focus on timelines, quality, and cost optimization.

✅ Relationship Building:

Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams. Foster strong, long-term professional relationships.

✅ Cost & Risk Management:

Analyze outsourcing costs and risks, identifying ways to improve efficiency and mitigate potential issues.

✅ Quality Control:

Define and implement quality assurance measures for all outsourced deliverables.

✅ Compliance:

Ensure alignment with legal, contractual, and regulatory standards.

Who You Are

✔ Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

✔ Experienced in managing vendors and outsourced teams

✔ Skilled in project tracking, stakeholder alignment, and conflict resolution

✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

✔ Well-versed in outsourcing best practices, models, and contract law
