Role Overview:

Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Prospect Identification:

  Research and build lead lists of U.S. YouTube creators, brands, and businesses likely to benefit from our services.

• Campaign Strategy:

  Develop and execute outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels, specifically targeting the U.S. market.

• Messaging & Offer Creation:

  Write persuasive outreach messages tailored to American business culture and expectations (e.g., clarity, directness, value-driven).

• Time Zone Management:

  Coordinate follow-ups and responses in line with U.S. business hours to maximize reply rates.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years in outbound outreach or lead generation for the

  U.S. market

  , ideally in an agency or B2B services environment.

• Exceptional written English communication skills with an understanding of American tone and business etiquette.

• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools

• Knowledge of YouTube or the creator economy is a plus.

• Comfortable adjusting work hours to partially overlap with U.S. time zones for effective follow-up.
