Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Calling Specialist based in Mohali district. The International Calling Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions accordingly. Daily tasks include preparing for calls, following up on leads, and effectively communicating our offerings to a diverse range of clients. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.
