Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound Calling – USA Market)

GrowUMedia is a performance-driven YouTube growth and video marketing agency helping U.S.-based creators and businesses grow their brand and drive predictable leads through high-impact video.

We’re now hiring a full-time, in-office Lead Generation Specialist who’s experienced in international outbound calling, particularly to the U.S. market, and skilled at appointment setting through cold and warm calls.

Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for outbound calling to U.S. leads — introducing our services, identifying interest, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments with our sales team.

This is a phone-heavy role where strong communication, persistence, and rapport-building skills are key.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold and warm calls daily to the U.S.-based prospects

• Engage business owners, marketers, or content creators in meaningful conversations

• Identify pain points and qualify interest in our video growth services

• Set up booked appointments with our sales team

• Log all activities, outcomes, and lead updates in our CRM

• Follow up with warm leads, no-shows, and past contacts to re-engage

• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to align messaging and campaign focus

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of international/USA outbound calling experience (B2B or high-ticket B2C)

• Strong spoken English with neutral or U.S.-friendly accent

• Proven track record of setting appointments or booking discovery calls

• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone overlap)

• Experience using CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot) and calling platforms

• Excellent interpersonal skills — confident, calm, and persuasive on calls

• Background in marketing, SaaS, or agency sales is a plus
