Role Description This is a full-time Bidder role located on-site in the Mohali district. The Bidder will be responsible for preparing and submitting bid proposals for various projects, analyzing client requirements, and compiling all the necessary documents for the bid. The role involves researching market trends and competitor bids, negotiating terms with clients, and ensuring that all bids comply with company policies and guidelines. Additionally, the Bidder will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for winning bids. Candidates should have an extensive and ongoing experience of working with portals like UPWORK and bringing up the projects for the company. Key Responsibilities Independently manage bidding profiles on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and PPH. Generate high-quality leads for Video Editing, Youtube video services Draft compelling proposals and customized cover letters for project bidding. Conduct client communication, requirement gathering, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities. Follow up on bids, conduct pre-bid analysis, and track competitor activity.
