Job Title: Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
Experience: 1–3 years

About Us:
We are Sham Foam Limited, a growing company . We’re looking for a motivated Bidder to help us expand our client base by identifying opportunities and winning projects on freelance platforms and other channels.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
• Write clear and customized proposals for clients
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the team to create suitable solutions
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Bidder / BDE
• Strong understanding of online bidding platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to draft professional proposals and emails
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of IT services, app/web development, or digital marketing
• Experience in lead generation through other channels
