#RoleSummary:-

- An established Architectural Firm is seeking a proactive and creatively driven Outreach & Communications Associate to lead its outreach and communication initiatives.

- This role is designed for a self-motivated storyteller who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to conceptualize, create, and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that reflects the firm’s design philosophy.

-This is a one-person vertical — perfect for someone ready to take full ownership and shape the firm’s outreach function from the ground up.

#KeyResponsibilities:-

- Content Creation & Management

- Develop, implement, and manage content strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).

- Create high-quality content — photos, videos, and written materials — including project features, behind-the-scenes stories, and design narratives.

- Maintain consistent posting and engagement schedules.

Video Production & Filmmaking

Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short films and videos that highlight the firm’s work and values.

- Collaborate with freelancers when needed while retaining creative control.

Photography & Visual Storytelling

- Capture architectural and interior spaces with a strong narrative focus.

- Document the essence of design through compelling visuals.

#Journalism & Writing

- Conduct interviews with clients, team members, and collaborators.

- Write engaging articles and features that communicate the firm’s philosophy and culture.

- Newsletters & Client Communication

- Design and circulate periodic newsletters (digital magazines, video updates, or bulletins).

Keep clients informed about the firm’s latest work, milestones, and updates.

- Use newsletters as a tool to enhance engagement and direct traffic to social platforms.

#PodcastDevelopment

- Conceptualize and produce an in-house podcast series.

- Set up the studio, develop content calendars, manage technical and creative production, and coordinate episodes with directors and team members.

- Site Visits & Documentation

- Conduct independent visits to project sites for documentation, interviews, and content generation.

#CandidateProfile

#Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication.

#Own personal transport and be comfortable with independent travel (expenses reimbursed).

#Strong passion for photography, filmmaking, and storytelling.

#Hands-on, independent worker with strong initiative.

#Proficient with creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.

#Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
