Experience Required:✔️ 1–2 years in B2B outreach / lead generationResponsibilities:Cold outreach via LinkedIn & emailLead qualification (no sales closing)CRM / Google Sheet updatesDaily activity & performance reportingMandatory Skills:Strong written EnglishCold DM / email experienceComfortable sending 80–100 messages/dayAbility to follow scripts & SOPs strictlyCompensation:₹10,000 for every 2 closed clients100% performance-based (no fixed salary)> A client is considered closed only after payment is received and work is assigned.

2️⃣ Fulfillment Executive (Web / Landing Page / GBP / SEO)

Experience Required:✔️ 1–2 years of hands-on delivery experienceCore Responsibilities:Create visually appealing, conversion-focused websites & landing pagesGoogle Business Profile setup & optimizationBasic business SEO (on-page + local)Deliver projects within 3–5 daysMandatory Technical Skills (Any Combination):WordPress / Webflow / WixHTML, CSS (mandatory for customization)Basic JavaScript (for interactivity & UI polish)Understanding of responsive design & UI/UX principlesBonus / Preferred (Not Mandatory):Node.js (basic backend understanding)Page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)Animation libraries / smooth UI effectsSEO-friendly site structuringQuality Expectations (Non-Negotiable):Clean layoutsModern fonts & spacingMobile-first designFast loadingVisually eye-catching, business-ready output

Compensation:

₹10,000 for every 2 completed projects ,

*Can be increased on performance*
