🚀 Hiring: Outreach + Fulfillment Executives (Remote | Performance-Based) We are building a lean, performance-driven service business and are hiring execution-focused professionals who can deliver results without hand-holding. This role rewards output, speed, and quality. 🔹 Open Roles (2) 1️⃣ Outreach / Lead Qualification Executive Experience Required: ✔️ 1–2 years in B2B outreach / lead generation Responsibilities: Cold outreach via LinkedIn & email Lead qualification (no sales closing) CRM / Google Sheet updates Daily activity & performance reporting Mandatory Skills: Strong written English Cold DM / email experience Comfortable sending 80–100 messages/day Ability to follow scripts & SOPs strictly Compensation: ₹10,000 for every 2 closed clients 100% performance-based (no fixed salary) > A client is considered closed only after payment is received and work is assigned. 2️⃣ Fulfillment Executive (Web / Landing Page / GBP / SEO) Experience Required: ✔️ 1–2 years of hands-on delivery experience Core Responsibilities: Create visually appealing, conversion-focused websites & landing pages Google Business Profile setup & optimization Basic business SEO (on-page + local) Deliver projects within 3–5 days Mandatory Technical Skills (Any Combination): WordPress / Webflow / Wix HTML, CSS (mandatory for customization) Basic JavaScript (for interactivity & UI polish) Understanding of responsive design & UI/UX principles Bonus / Preferred (Not Mandatory): Node.js (basic backend understanding) Page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals) Animation libraries / smooth UI effects SEO-friendly site structuring Quality Expectations (Non-Negotiable): Clean layouts Modern fonts & spacing Mobile-first design Fast loading Visually eye-catching, business-ready output Compensation: ₹10,000 for every 2 completed projects , *Can be increased on performance* (Website / Landing Page / GBP / SEO) A project counts only after delivery + client approval (max 1 revision). ⚠️ Important Conditions First 15 days = trial period to check if you really can do the work.
