Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlet Manager located in Kolkata. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. The role also includes handling customer service, ensuring efficient order processing, and upholding quality and safety standards. The manager will ensure that operations run smoothly and that customers receive prompt, high-quality service.
