We are a fast-growing sweets and snacks brand known for our authentic taste, quality, and customer service. We are looking for an experienced outlet manager to take full ownership of operations and sales at our retail outlet. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily outlet operations end-to-end (opening, closing, cleanliness, inventory, cash handling). Recruit, train, and supervise counter sales staff and support team. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations. Drive outlet sales by planning promotions, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the central kitchen/warehouse for replenishments. Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, wastage, and staff performance. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing a retail food & beverage outlet, bakery, café, or sweets/snacks store. Strong people management skills – ability to recruit, train, and lead teams. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving outlet performance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and festivals.
