Outlet Manager

You will be working as an Outlet Manager at KMCH Hospital, Airport Road, Coimbatore for the Food Services department of Coffee Tea & More (CTM - Group of Cafe's). Reporting to the Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail sales and service of the food service outlet to ensure high standards of service, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating activities of outlet staff, training and evaluating team members, managing inventory levels, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, handling customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, preparing sales reports, and upholding customer service standards to provide a positive experience for customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to align outlet operations with overall company objectives. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory/sales or management role within a retail or food service environment, hold any degree, be aged 28 and above, possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting, and knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
