Job Description

Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
Designing & preparing itineraries for outbound tours.
Handling international bookings & documentation.
Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
International Destination Knowledge needed like Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Srilanka, Singapore, Indonesia etc.
Should have experience in travel company.
Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow- up.
Self-motivated, resourceful
Should be a quick learner.
Ability and willingness towork in a multi-tasking environment
