Job Description

Design custom holiday packages based on the clients requirements, budget, and travel preferences.
Planning and creating itineraries as per client needs.
Provide excellent customer service by building a rapport with clients, responding to queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the travel industry, including new destinations, travel regulations, and changes in travel policies.
Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to obtain the best prices for clients.
Manage bookings, reservations, and changes or cancellations by coordinating with suppliers.
Provide travel advice, such as information about visa requirements, travel insurance, and health and safety tips.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Work collaboratively with
team members, such as the marketing team, to develop effective marketing strategies
and improve the overall customer experience.
