Role: Team Leader – Insurance/BFSI Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of telecallers/executives for insurance or BFSI sales.
• Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and ensure productivity.
• Motivate, guide, and train team members to enhance their sales and customer handling skills.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
• Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream).
• Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as Team Leader in insurance sales / BFSI sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
