Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Developing and implementing outbound sales strategies to reach our target audience

2. Conduct research to identify potential leads and build targeted contact lists

for prospects

3. Manage email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, and analyzing campaign performance

4. Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and connect with key decision-makers

5. Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries and follow up with prospects

6. Help to improve conversion rates

7. Provide regular reports and analysis of outbound campaigns


Requirements:


1. Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in executing outbound sales strategies

2. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and familiarity with marketing automation tools

3. Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
