Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Outbound Sales Representative who will be responsible for marketing-generated leads into sales and managing channel partner relationships within an assigned territory. This dual role involves both inside sales follow-ups and on-ground relationship management with architects, interior designers, and dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including dealers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and on board new dealers to expand the company’s reach.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and site visits as required.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote brand awareness.
• Ensure effective follow-up and closure of leads within specified timelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; share feedback with internal teams.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities through reporting tools/CRM.
• Participate in trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and training session.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B. Com).

· 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in home décor, building materials, or consumer durables.

· Prior experience handling inbound marketing leads and channel sales is an advantage.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Comfortable with both fieldwork and virtual client engagement.

· Proficiency in CRM and basic Excel/reporting tools.

· Self-motivated and result-oriented; willing to travel locally as required.
