Outbound Sales Representative

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting U.S. sales operations from India. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process, from generating leads and making outbound calls to maintaining CRM records and scheduling meetings with potential clients. Additionally, you will be involved in training and supervising a sales associate and collaborating with U.S. leadership to enhance outreach efforts and performance. Key responsibilities include making a high volume of cold/warm calls daily, managing customer leads through HubSpot CRM, executing outbound campaigns using email templates, scheduling meetings with U.S.-based sales representatives, assisting prospects with product inquiries, ensuring CRM data accuracy, utilizing Apollo.io for lead generation, tracking daily outreach activities and KPIs, and mentoring junior sales associates on call scripts and CRM usage. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably in the U.S. market. Proficiency in using CRMs, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous. Strong English communication skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to handle objections are essential. You should be willing to work night shifts and demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and support junior sales staff effectively.
