Outbound Marketing Specialist

As a GTM Specialist (Outbound Marketing Specialist) at our company, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing outbound email campaigns to generate qualified leads. Your role will involve strategizing campaigns, managing email infrastructure, and collaborating with other teams to enhance campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, plan, and execute outbound email campaigns. - Set up and manage cold email outreach tools and platforms. - Warm up email domains and IPs to ensure high deliverability. - Configure and manage multiple email servers/sending accounts. - Monitor campaign metrics and optimize performance. - Collaborate with content and growth teams for personalized outreach. - Troubleshoot deliverability issues using relevant tools. - Stay updated on best practices in cold outreach and compliance. Qualifications: - 3+ years of outbound and GTM experience. - Expertise in cold email infrastructure setup and maintenance. - Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices. - Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRMs. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
