Outbound Marketing Specialist

As a GTM Specialist (Outbound Marketing Specialist) at our company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing outbound email campaigns to generate qualified leads. With a focus on email infrastructure, warm-up processes, and managing multiple sending domains/servers, you will ensure high deliverability and engagement rates. Your key responsibilities will include strategizing and implementing outbound email campaigns, setting up and managing cold email outreach tools and platforms, and monitoring campaign metrics to continuously optimize performance. Collaborating with content and growth teams, you will personalize outreach efforts and troubleshoot deliverability issues using various tools. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in outbound and GTM, expertise in cold email infrastructure setup, and a strong understanding of email deliverability best practices. Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRMs, and compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR will be beneficial. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential to manage multiple campaigns independently.
