Role overview and Key responsibilities:

We are on track toward ?100 Cr ARR and global expansion, and are looking for a high-energyOutbound Marketing Managerto fuel demand and accelerate growth.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):Plan and execute targeted ABM campaigns for priority accounts and verticals.
  • Outbound Campaigns:Run outreach campaigns through paid ads, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email sequences.
  • Event Management:Drive ROI from exhibitions, sustainability forums, CSR events, and new city GTM launches.
  • Demand Generation:Build outbound pipelines in coordination with Sales, aligned to new cities/segments.
  • Collaterals & GTM Support:Create and deploy sales kits, presentations, and field marketing assets to support business development.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Track performance of campaigns/events, measure conversion rates, and optimize strategies.

What we're looking for:

  • 45 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience, with proven exposure to outbound demand generation and event management.
  • Prior experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and new market entry/GTM support is highly desirable.
  • Background in startups, cleantech, ESG, SaaS, or enterprise B2B solutions preferred.
  • Outbound & ABM Expertise: Hands-on experience in outbound campaigns, ABM tools, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Event Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver high-ROI events and exhibitions.
  • Digital Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email automation platforms, and campaign analytics.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Sales, Ops, and CSR teams to align GTM strategies.
  • Execution & Agility: Bias for action with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
