Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage OTC client billing, including generating invoices, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients using O2C billing software.
  • Ensure revenue recognition by reviewing contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to bill processing.

Job Requirements :

  • 7-12 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bill processing, bills receivable, client invoicing, and invoice generation.
  • Proficiency in preparing invoices using O2C billing software.
