Job Description

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Manage car owner partnerships, ensure quality standards, oversee onboarding processes, and drive operational excellence while supporting the Head of Cars in achieving growth targets across self-drive and chauffeur-driven segments. Act as the key liaison between OTA platforms and internal teams Support the Head of OTA in managing strategic initiatives and high-priority accounts Handle key accounts and assist in negotiating terms with OTA partners Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape Provide mentorship to junior staff Ensure timely reporting and issue resolution Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo. Requirements: Education : Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Business, or related field Experience : 5-7 years in car rental/fleet management operations Technical Skills : Knowledge of car evaluation and quality standards Understanding of telematics and GPS tracking systems Experience with car rental software and apps Familiarity with insurance and documentation requirements Key Competencies: Managing portfolio of 200+ cars across categories Car owner relationship management Quality inspection and verification processes Pricing strategy for different car segments Incident and damage management Multi-city operations coordination Performance Metrics: Monthly GMV contribution: $4.2M Owner retention rate: 85%+ Car quality score: 4.5+/5 Onboarding TAT: Within 48 hours Utilization rate improvement: 10%+ quarterly Benefits: Dynamic and friendly global start-up work culture Competitive salary with regular performance reviews Fun team activities: monthly birthdays, events, and gifts Annual team building and company outings Supportive environment during personal or health-related situations Paid leave and other benefits as per company policy
