Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Acquire and manage car owners/partners, optimize their earnings, implement rental strategies, and drive bookings while ensuring quality standards across assigned car portfolio. Manage and grow OTA partner portfolios (e.g., hotels, tours, experiences) Drive bookings and revenue by optimizing partner listings and relationships Onboard new service providers to OTA platforms Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and performance Implement pricing and promotional strategies Track sales targets and provide monthly reports Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo Channel Distribution Personal Car Owners - Self Drive: Individual car owners for self-drive rentals Personal Car Owners - Chauffeur: Car owners offering driver services Enterprise Partners: Car rental agencies, fleet operators Franchise/Dealer Network: Local car rental businesses Requirements: Education : Bachelor's degree in any field Experience : 2-5 years in automobile/rental industry Technical Skills : Understanding of car categories and specifications Knowledge of car rental economics Basic understanding of insurance requirements Familiarity with car sharing platforms Key Competencies: Personal Car Owners - Self Drive: Educating owners on peer-to-peer model Income optimization strategies (Rs 20-30K/month target) Car listing optimization Safety and verification training Technology adoption support Personal Car Owners - Chauffeur: Driver verification and training Service quality standards Pricing for chauffeur services Local vs outstation rental management Enterprise Partners: B2B relationship building Fleet management support Volume-based pricing negotiations API integration assistance Franchise/Dealer Network: Territory management Inventory aggregation Commission structure negotiations Quality standardization Performance Metrics: Monthly car onboarding: 10-15 cars per person Portfolio utilization rate: 60%+ Partner satisfaction: 4.5+/5 Average revenue per car: Rs 20,000+ monthly Active car ratio: 80%+ Benefits: Dynamic and friendly global start-up work culture Competitive salary with regular performance reviews Fun team activities: monthly birthdays, events, and gifts Annual team building and company outings Supportive environment during personal or health-related situations Paid leave and other benefits as per company policy
