Job Description
Job Title - Inside Sales Executive Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers and evaluating their needs to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services. Nurturing Relationships: Engaging with prospects and existing customers to build trust, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. Making Outbound Calls and Emails: Contacting potential customers to introduce the company and its offerings. Providing Product/Service Information: Explaining the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services being offered. Closing Sales: Successfully securing agreements with customers to purchase the company's products or services. Managing the Sales Pipeline: Tracking and managing sales opportunities from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient progress through the sales process. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Reporting and Analysis: Creating reports and presentations on sales performance and data. Collaborating with Teams: Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve sales goals.
Qualification Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
Sales Skills: Understanding of sales techniques, including lead
generation, qualification, and closing deals. Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers and negotiate terms to secure sales. Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Good to have Industry-Specific Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and the specific products or services being sold. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends. Technology Knowhow: Ability to understand technology enough to understand company softwares enough to be able to present to client effectively.
