About the role

Own end-to-end onboarding and upkeep of hotel listings across major OTAs to go live fast, stay error‑free, and maximize visibility and conversions.


Key responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and maintain listings on Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip/Goibibo, and others, ensuring complete content, policies, and amenities.
  • Map room types and rate plans via the channel manager/PMS, set taxes/fees, restrictions, and troubleshoot sync issues with vendor support.
  • Implement OTA content standards: accurate descriptions, SEO-friendly copy, and high‑quality photos to improve ranking and conversion.
  • Monitor performance and hygiene: content score, visibility features, parity checks, and availability horizon.
  • Coordinate with revenue/ops teams on promos (early bird, LOS, geo), blackout dates, and review responses to enhance reputation.

Must-have skills

  • Hands-on experience with OTA consoles and basic channel manager workflows; strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Clear communication and coordination with internal teams and OTA/vendor support; ability to juggle multiple properties.
  • Basic analytics: track listing KPIs and spot content/mapping gaps impacting conversions.

Nice-to-have

  • SEO copy familiarity for OTA descriptions and amenities; basic Excel/Sheets for audit trackers.
  • Exposure to parity tools or manual parity auditing and promo calendars.

KPIs you’ll own

  • Time-to-go-live per OTA once assets are ready.
  • Listing completeness and content score adherence per platform.
  • Mapping accuracy: zero stop‑sell mismatches and minimal error tickets.
  • Visibility levers active: promos, availability horizon, and reputation actions.

Compensation

  • Fixed: 12,000–15,000 INR per month based on experience.
  • Performance bonus options tied to on‑time, error‑free go‑lives and content score targets.
