About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic OTA (Online Travel Agency) Interns to join our marketing and distribution team. As an OTA Rep, you’ll be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing property listings on platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, and Agoda. You’ll work closely with the operations and content teams to ensure each listing accurately reflects the property’s unique features and appeals to travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage property listings across multiple OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)
• Upload and organize photos, descriptions, amenities, pricing, and policies for each property
• Ensure all listings are consistent, accurate, and visually appealing
• Coordinate with the operations and content teams for property updates or new additions
• Monitor listing performance and highlight discrepancies or errors
• Support in optimizing listings for better visibility and ranking on OTA platforms
• Assist in rate and availability mapping where required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
• Ability to work on Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and tracking
• Basic understanding of OTA platforms and hospitality distribution is a plus
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship or project experience in hospitality, travel, or digital marketing
• Knowledge of listing optimization or property management systems (PMS)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
