Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OT Technician at our Gurugram location. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operation theatre and surgical equipment, assisting surgeons during procedures, and taking care of pre- and post-operative patient care. Additional duties include ensuring a sterile environment and managing surgical supplies and records efficiently to support smooth operations. Ready for additional duties as per the company requirements .

Qualifications

• Experience with operation theatre maintenance, sterilization, and surgical instrument handling
• Knowledge of operating room safety protocols and infection control practices
• Ability to monitor and support doctors during surgical and non-surgical treatments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage operation schedules and maintain records
• Compassionate patient care skills, ensuring a comforting environment for patients during procedures
• Diploma or certification as an OT Technician, with proven 5-7 years experience in surgical settings
• Knowledge of aesthetic and wellness treatment protocols is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and remain detail-oriented under pressure
