Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Female Telecaller who will be responsible for generating quality leads through proactive calling, follow-ups, and conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, patient handling abilities, and a persuasive approach to build trust and encourage clinic visits. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases, inquiries, and leads. Explain services (cosmetic surgeries, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, skin & hair procedures) in a professional and empathetic manner. Generate qualified leads and ensure minimum 60-80 calls per day. Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and encourage booking appointments. Maintain and update client interaction records in CRM/lead sheet. Work closely with the marketing and front-desk team to align on lead flow and conversion strategies. Handle patient queries with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism. Requirements Proven experience as a telecaller / telesales / BPO / healthcare call centre executive ( experience in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (polite, clear, and persuasive). Strong ability to convince and counsel prospective patients. Target-oriented with a focus on lead generation and conversion . Basic knowledge of cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or beauty industry will be an added advantage.
