Role Overview

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make 

  outbound calls

   to potential clients from provided databases, inquiries, and leads.

• Explain services

   (cosmetic surgeries, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, skin & hair procedures) in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Generate 

  qualified leads

   and ensure minimum 60-80 calls per day.

• Follow up

   consistently with prospects to nurture interest and encourage booking appointments.
• Maintain and update client interaction records in CRM/lead sheet.
• Work closely with the marketing and front-desk team to align on lead flow and conversion strategies.
• Handle patient queries with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telecaller / telesales /  BPO / healthcare call centre executive (

  experience in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in 

  English and Hindi

   (polite, clear, and persuasive).
• Strong ability to 

  convince and counsel

   prospective patients.
• Target-oriented with a focus on 

  lead generation and conversion

  .
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or beauty industry will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Office / CRM tools).
