Job Description

Job Summary:

OSS/BSS Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of OSS/BSS systems, including Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Assurance, Billing, Mediation, CRM, and Network Inventory.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, robust OSS/BSS solutions.
Design integration between OSS/BSS systems and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, Network Management Systems).
Define architecture roadmaps, patterns, and standards in line with industry best practices (TM Forum, eTOM, SID, TAM).
Guide the selection and implementation of OSS/BSS platforms (such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Huawei, Comarch, Openet, etc.).
Ensure end-to-end architecture governance, including performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Lead RFP/RFI processes, vendor evaluations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, ESB, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API gateways.
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
