Roles and Responsibilities

Design Support

Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions under senior guidance.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD and BIM tools.

Create 3D models, renders, and presentation materials to support client meetings and internal reviews.

Project Documentation Support

Contribute to the preparation of BOQs, schedules, compliance checklists, and regulatory documents.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material lists.

Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Team Collaboration

Work effectively with peers, senior architects, consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth project coordination.

Adherence to Timelines & Quality

Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Ensure design coherence and technical correctness across all deliverables.

Maintain quality standards aligned with project requirements and organizational guidelines.

Site Work

Analyze site conditions and environmental factors that influence the design.

Conduct site visits to collect data and monitor project progress.

Assist in identifying and resolving on-site issues under the direction of senior architects.
