Role & responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to lead and deliver complex transformation programs within the telecom domain, with a strong focus on Core Network Migration, Business Support Systems (BSS), and Online Charging Systems (OCS). The role requires end-to-end project governance, vendor and stakeholder management, and proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale telecom migration and digital transformation programs on time and within budget. Preferred candidate profile : Own and drive end-to-end project delivery for core network migration, BSS, and OCS transformation initiatives. Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and risk/issue registers. Coordinate across multiple teams: Core Network, IT (BSS/OSS), OCS, CRM, Billing, and external vendors.
