Manager Production Support

Note:

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience

  , with strong exposure to production support management.
• Hands-on experience with

  ORMB

  (preferred). If not, deep expertise in

  Billing, Pricing, or Payment systems

  is essential.
• Strong knowledge of

  incident management, problem management, change management, and release management

  processes.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor support teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with

  SQL, Oracle databases, and application performance monitoring tools

  .
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production support team to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth business operations.
• Oversee day-to-day production support activities for ORMB (or related domains like Pricing, Billing, Payments).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Act as an escalation point for critical incidents, driving root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs, and ITIL-based processes.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and adoption of best practices to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on system performance, incident trends, and improvement initiatives.
• Manage team capacity planning, skill development, and performance reviews.
