You will be responsible for managing brand reputation online, listening and tracking & engaging with relevant mentions on social media and spreading the good word across domains . All this in a start-up styled, lean-team setup. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Understanding and building online communities Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews Listening into audience conversations and tracking sentiment Being a prompt, alert, reliable and thorough communicator Client-facing responsibilities and communication Understanding and analyzing data Engaging with brand s employees, customers, potential customers, and associated influencers Staying up to date with digital technology trends Generating new ideas and leads to improve media presence & brand awareness Understanding the basic cores and sub-cores of brand/product Who/what are we looking for? You should come with up to 2 years of experience in ORM and Social Media Marketing, be great in written communication, have worked directly in media relations. Ideally hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience. Be Ready To: Embrace a highly collaborative working approach Have the flexibility to work on a weekend and take weekdays off Do apply if you think that you have the drive to work in a startup environment, are strong at media relations, are a true team player [cause we hate office politics], love content, ideas & challenging the status quo!
