As a Senior Director, you will be an integral leader in the SE Asia market. You will manage commercial opportunities from inception through to final execution as part of a global team. Your focus will be the Indian market. In this client-facing role, you will originate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery, Responsibilities. Client Sourcing & Deal Generation: Identify and engage prospective clients (companies) to generate a steady pipeline of investment opportunities in India and the GCC region, Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary assessments, including calls and meetings with C-suite executives, to evaluate potential clients, Coordination & Communication: Act as a key liaison between prospective clients and the investment team, ensuring seamless due diligence and execution of transactions, Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders in India and the GCC region, CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system, Negotiation Support: Collaborate with the investment management team to negotiate terms with prospective clients effectively, Qualifications. 10-15 years experience at a top-tier financial institution: debt/credit provider, venture capital, with a focus on Tech, Minimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role: sales, origination, relationship management, Demonstrable ability to originate and close transactions, Drive, ambition, and an ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, At least two years of previous experience as a financial analystMust Have, Experience in and understanding of the growth-stage tech landscape, Proven track record in closing debt/equity investments, Show more Show less
