Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing an Organisation Performance Measurement framework

2. Articulating departmental goals and performance metrics

3. Devising measurement approaches for teams and individual performance

4. Mapping Business processes  that give role clarity to teams and individuals 

5. Defining process quality and building ways to measure and improve it

6. Enabling process automation
