Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Organisation Performance Consulting Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with performance management, conducting data analysis, and participating in performance testing. The intern will also be involved in communication and analytical tasks to support organisational performance improvement initiatives.

Stipend

• Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months
• Rs. 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above
• Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above
• The above stipend amounts are applicable for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment.
