🔹 Job Title: Order to Cash Specialist – Dispute Management
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 3–7 years
We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash Specialist with strong expertise in dispute management and customer relationship handling. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excel in resolving disputes while maintaining excellent client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
🟩 Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Manage order to cash processes end-to-end.
🔸 Handle and resolve disputes efficiently with root cause analysis.
🔸 Perform basic cash application and reconciliation activities.
🔸 Utilize dispute tracking systems such as Salesforce and PeopleSoft.
🔸 Work on SAP and Oracle platforms (preferred).
🔸 Create and present reports using Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
🔸 Engage in client-facing interactions and manage customer relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies:
🔷 Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution abilities.
🔷 Proficiency in Salesforce, PeopleSoft (SAP/#Oracle preferred).
🔷 Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
🔷 Strong communication and analytical skills.
🔷 Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
