Job Description

Orderprocessing & Spares Management - Main

Registration of Purchase order to sales orders through SAP
Releasing Purchase Requisition and work orders for required spares and advance planning
Submission of Proforma invoice through SAP.
Handling day to day dispatches and constant follow-up with logistics & warehouse
Collection and follow-up of payments and communication to Customer/RO to facilitate despatches.
Registration of all enquiries & Quotations received for spare parts in SAP
Submission of spare parts offers as and when required in SAP.
Creating sales return /credit note & debit Note in SAP
Communicating to customers dispatch details by referring SAP /Follow up with local couriers in case of any clarifications.
Planning and execution of spares parts to the customers
Forecast planning of spare parts required based on population of machines and in consultation with service team.
Follow-up with Cross functional teams regarding inhouse manufactured spares like spindles etc.

Generating Monthly reports on

Pending Sales orders.
Pending enquiries & quotations
Release of PIR for spare request
Order Backlog and pending Proforma submission to complete order
List of shortage & Wrong Supply items.
