Job Description

Hiring Order Management / Data Management Specialist

Location:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide input to the Manager regarding process updates impacting internal procedures, products, and services.
Collaborate with
TCS, Billing Support, and CSS functions
to design effective and simplified process flows and resolve blockers.
Own and manage critical workflows such as
SAP Support
and
Adhoc bulk projects
.
Engage with multiple stakeholders to identify challenges and drive process efficiencies.
Support major change initiatives by assisting in
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
and
BVT (Business Validation Testing)
.
Act as a
domain expert and mentor
for team members when required.
Share feedback with management on common customer concerns and suggest improvements.
Partner with the
Learning and Development
team for training and process refreshers.
Drive
order-to-cash simplification and streamlining projects
using BPI (Business Process Improvement) methodologies with Master Black Belts.
Liaise with technical and operational teams to resolve system issues and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in
Order Management systems and workflows
– including
SAP, Trust, and Siebel
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in process improvement and change management initiatives is an advantage.
