About the Role

Sales Coordinator

If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys multitasking, and loves being at the centre of team operations, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

Sales Coordination & Communication

Act as the primary link between the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Coordinate client requirements, timelines, and deliverables across departments.
Maintain sales trackers, reports, and documentation using
MS Office tools
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Support the Sales team in preparing proposals, reports, and client follow-ups.
Track project progress and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.

Operational & Administrative Support

Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and managing daily coordination tasks.
Help identify process gaps and suggest improvements for smoother operations.
Ensure all communication and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Be flexible with work timings as required to meet deadlines or client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
6–8 months of relevant experience in sales coordination or operations support (EdTech or service industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility with work hours as per business requirements.
