About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order status and timely dispatch.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor order flow and proactively address delays or discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in order management or customer support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
