Job Description

Role Summary:

Demand and Order analyst responsible for forecast review and demand upload in MRP system to drive the materials requirement
Monitor S&OP forecast for GC Genset products. Closely working with IPSD team to understand the Order flow pattern, market intelligence and reasons for S&OP forecast changes.
Responsible for maintaining Order Intake data for GC Gensets. Daily monitoring the new order flow through CSQ and EOMP System. Review the Order status and Sales Order inputs with AEC team.
CBS Order Acknowledgement in agreement with internal stakeholders
Sales Order RTS date review with GC AC/AM and Order Status monitoring to meet the commitment.
Responsible to attend Dealer enquiries on daily basis and provide the response within 48 hours through CSQ system.
Collects, monitors, and analyses actual results against Customer demand and original MPS Plan. Maintain the MIS, BIQ Checklists and performance metrics related to Customer Order fulfillment.
Review and monitor IDoc failures and initiate the correction requests with responsible teams to resolve the errors. IT issues resolution related to CBS order processing.
Collect information on Materials & Capacity Constraints to achieve the MPS plan, followed by OPD risk analysis and Risk mitigation plan.
Shipment planning with Account Co-Ordinator/Dealers Approval to move the Gensets as per plan.
