Role Summary :

The Tech Ops role supports seamless omnichannel operations by managing and optimizing Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role requires a solid understanding of warehouse processes, marketplace integrations, and the end-to-end e-commerce value chain. The candidate should be able to work across systems, configure workflows, analyze operational data, and generate insights to improve business. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into actionable solutions.

About the role:

Opptra operates across multiple geographies and would get a deeper understanding of omni-channel retail operations. The candidate would get an opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders across brand, category, supply chain, finance and tool vendors to enable business. The candidate will also get exposure to various tools like OMS/WMS, last mile aggregators, payment gateways, VMS, RMS and customer support. The role could potentially evolve into a technical program manager/associate product manager.

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as business analyst/tech ops, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
  • Proven experience implementing tools, managing cross-functional programs, and implementing test plans.
  • Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and process improvement abilities.
